Since its foundation in 1827, Camilo de Blas still elaborates confectionery products and cakes and pastries, has imported goods, select wines... After so many years, the present owners constitute the fourth generation of the same family that founded the establishment, and still maintain the same philosophy of quality, which has made them increase their prestige through their constant effort to maintain this quality, and avoiding the temptation to use substitute or inferior products.

Carbayones Carbayones
José de Blas charged his master confectioner, José Gutiérrez, with the commission to create a special cake that would represent Oviedo in the first International Trade Show of Gijón in 1924. That was the reason why the cake was named after the popular adjective used to indicate origin from Oviedo, it comes from an old oak tree or Carbayo that existed in Oviedo.The carbayones, which nowadays are part of the Asturian gastronomic heritage, are exquisite sweet cakes, with a puff-pastry base, made of almond and egg yolk, and coated with sugar.
Bizcotelas
This sweet biscuits date back to the time when the Establishment was still in León, and are one of the establishment’s emblematic products, perfect to impress anyone. They may be white, coated with sugar and egg yolk, and others are coated in dark fondant chocolate. Both are fine and crisp to bite, a light biscuit filled with egg yolk.
Duquesitas y Bizcotelas Duquesitas
They are widely imitated under the name "princesitas", but were also a creation of this establishment: They are almond and egg yolk rounds, coated in sugar.
Nuglass
Glazed nuts

It is a product made with nougat, nuts and yolk. They were created in the fifties by Camilo of Blas, son of José, the founder of the house of Oviedo. In the Asturian homes it is a dessert forced in the Christmas, although it is also consumes the whole year.
